An American lumber industry group is crying foul over Ottawa's plans to help struggling Canadian communities and unemployed workers in industries such as forestry, fishing and manufacturing.

    Heh, the Harper Conservatives can't even abide by the terms of their own agreements. Surprising? Not really.

    and you expect this of the US?

    They have been subsidizing their farmers for decades, and these funds are not supposed to be going to the industry but to the local economies affected by the lack of logging.

    Yea, I'm just being partisan. Trying to balance out mtbr a little. At least for now. If this does go further, though, then it'll just go to show that the Conservatives are every bit as two-faced as the Liberals.
