Comments editor added to news link comments

If you use Internet explorer or Maxthon browser the comments box now has a simple editor. To help you format your comments more nicely with spaces and style like bold. It will also now turn URL's into links.

you can test this new feature out here! It may slow down the loading of comments by a tiny bit. Let me know if it makes a huge slow down for you.

when i have time some other time I will fix it up more. but some more useful buttons than the copy paste and undu's. Those can be done with keyboard shortcuts easy.

Sorry for the people who use Firefox.. outa luck. Spaw editor only works in IE. If you don't like IE try out www.maxthon.com best browser! I use it!
