Some Ontario residents who were misled by a glitch in Tim Horton’s Roll Up To Win Contest, and mistakenly told they had won $10,000, are now exploring their legal options against the Canadian coffee chain.

    This is quite hilarious. I can't even remember the last time I got anything at Tim's but I'd be pretty pissed off if this happened to me. A $50 gift card instead? Ah... no.

    You think they'd have the sense to pay up. It's chump change for a company that big and doing it gets you good PR.

    Well the $10k isn't cash, rather it's amex gift cards. :roll: I doubt amex will pony up to support this.
