There absolutely no point for Zelenski to do it. US public opinion is already on his side (save for the GOP). Instead, Penn et al would rather try and draw attention to themselves by way of war that�s already displaced millions and killed thousands.

Maybe Penn can get some oil from Maduro to help start the fire. They�re good friends after all.
