The OPP says they caught a young driver allegedly speeding at 308 kilometres an hour on the QEW Saturday night.

Likely the Judge will add to it during the mandatory court appearance you get for going 50 over the limit.

If the kid got this money pit up to 308kph my guess is that the local Mercedes dealer will be having a chat with his dad to speak about the now non existent warranty because, it sounds like he was somehow able to get it over the electronically governed max speed of 290kph.

But even with that he should be banned from driving for at least 10 years if for nothing else but to keep the rest of the people on the roads safe.
