An appeal launched by an Edmonton man who claimed he was the victim of excessive use of force by police has been dismissed by the Alberta Law Enforcement Review Board.

    So, the guy gets pulled over because he is driving a similar car to what someone said they thought they saw at a robbery, gets jumped by 6 cops and had several broken ribs - and they say it was justified? How can it be justified to pull over random people and hospitalize them?

    This is why no one trusts police any more.
