The federal government is putting more than $1 billion into its plan to combat and mitigate the impacts of the outbreak of COVID-19 in Canada, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced on Wednesday.

    That is a drop in the bucket, little old Denmark has earmarked $20 billion for the same thing.
