Those challenging the Safe Third Country Agreement say it is unconstitutional because it discriminates against women and deprives people of basic rights.

so you have to prove that the US is NOT a safe country...good luck with that..while I empathize with the accuser, it isn't as if Canada is rape, murder or gang free either...
