The appropriate punishment would be to leave this cretin alone for an hour in a locked room with the bear. And a mountain lion. And several large wolves as well. Natural justice served up by nature itself!

He's also a chuckwagon racer on the pro circuit so I assume his mental faculties are somewhat less than nominal due to his own horses repeatedly running over his head.
