A lawyer for a Hamilton, Ont., man convicted of home-invasion style robberies has asked the judge for a more lenient sentence because his client was shot during one of his crimes.

    I disagree with this lawyer.

    He committed the crime, he should do the time.

    I would be so grateful I wasn't killed that I'd ask for a longer sentence. :?


    When he gets out and tries this again, maybe the next homeowner will finish the job.
