Tim Conway, the impish second banana to Carol Burnett who won four Emmy Awards on her TV variety show, starred aboard 'McHale's Navy' and later voiced the role of Barnacle Boy for 'Spongebob Squarepants,' has died. He was 85.

    So sad to hear about this earlier today.

    I still enjoy reruns of the Carol Burnett show and you have always been my favorite.

    Damn. :( I got to meet Tim Conway when I was a young lad. He had a summer cottage on Lake Huron just two doors down from ours. Even when he wasn't "on" he was on. He was a super nice, very funny man. He will be sorely missed. May the memory of his comedic genius live on.
