All charges against Jussie Smollett have been dropped

WTF. All records have been sealed and now he's walking a free man?

Something is wrong with this story and if I was to hazard a guess it's a plea deal between him and the DA because of the way the police acted. But, Smollett being Smollett was on TV telling everyone that he'll continue fighting for marginalized peoples everywhere. Forgetting that he may just have gotten off on a technicality rather than an acquittal.

Just saw a lawyer on TV saying that the newspapers will likely hire high priced lawyers to have the records open and he thinks that they'll be successful. So now all we have to do is wait for the truth to come out.

So, here's hoping we'll eventually know why the DA in Chicago let him walk despite all the evidence that showed his involvement. Oh and one more question. Why weren't the two brothers charged with assault because apparently they're the ones who attacked him?

The Chicago Police Department is reportedly asking the Department of Justice to investigate the prosecution for malfeasance.

And well they should. I just watched the Mayor and Superintendent on TV and one said it was a complete subversion of justice and the Mayor said it's nothing more than a whitewash of Justice.

I've never seen two people so mad in all my life and deservedly so. What people keep forgetting is that a Grand Jury said there was enough evidence for this asshole to go to trial but, instead of a trial we now get to see this sanctimonious prick giving interviews, disparaging the police and other investigators while proclaiming his innocent.

One thing they keep mentioning is Obama and a hate law he introduced as one of the reasons Smollett got away with this crime. Anybody know what hate law says you can stage a fake attack on yourself, blame whitey and then walk away scot free when you're found to be lying?

Sounds like that Grand Jury was fed a line manufactured by the Chicago PD.

This is celebrity justice or a case of PC only honkey is racist or pure old fashioned corruption for which Chicago is very famous for.
