Yeah, it doesn't always have the video automatic at loading. I think the Daily Mail has more of that.

Every time I run into a website that has auto-playing videos makes me want to block them. You can probably run no-script for anything flash/java based, and I'm sure there are HTML5 blocking addons as well.
