He�s facing civil war if he does so it�s not so easy to do. Britain decided it couldn�t take her even if Pakistan let her go. Look how timid the West is about condemning KSA over Khashoggi and the risk there is predominantly just a financial one.
Pakistan has two grim cultural traditions to combat; from West Asia, radical Islamicism, and from South Asia, misogyny and feudalism. Nowhere would benefit from a socialist revolution more and few places are less likely to get it. Impoverished Christians are not the main problem here.
