Immigration detainee Ebrahim Toure finally free after more than five years

After five-and-a-half years in immigration detention ï¿½ mostly spent in a maximum-security jail ï¿½ and 69 hearings before the Immigration and Refugee Board, Ebrahim Toure was released Friday.
