Ontario's auditor general can�t stop the new Progressive Conservative government from using taxpayers' dollars to fund the production of partisan TV-news style videos, policy experts say, because of certain legal loopholes and weak enforcement.

I don't see how this is any different than my MP using our money to send me shitty newsletters telling me about all the cool stuff he's been doing in the riding. This is no different. Just a new avenue to move a partisan message.
