A passage featuring racist language may be responsible for the automated system mistaking a historical document for hate speech.

Kim Jong Un and V Putin, and the Islamic Radicals also consider this to be hate speech. Some flake in Facebook had one too many hits of acid on the job.

I'm not on Facebook so not a big deal to me that they hate America.

Automated content moderation systems are not perfect... and they will probably never will be perfect. Best they can do is handle complaints as quickly as possible.
