The annual Christmas Bird Count shows there more birds, including bald eagles, sticking around the city in the winter than in previous decades. Three bald eagles were counted in 1987. Last month's count revealed 34. That's a jump of more than 1,000 per ce

    The skies of North America used to be covered with fowl. Then came whitey and the European-weirdoes who need foie gras.
    Now we get excited about "getting bigger � much bigger" news because we have not seen anything else.

    Selling the meat would be illegal according to to Fish and Game laws, send it off to the food banks or kitchens feeding the poor.....the only problem is the people receiving it would probably turn their noses up at it.... :roll: :roll:

    Fun fact: Foie gras only comes from farmed geese that are force-fed grain through a funnel forcibly inserted down their throats.

    So probably not a factor in wild geese populations.

    Oh well he's a self contained system thanks to a hose and funnel.
