Man, 24, arrested for trying to climb Buckingham Palace wall

London police say they have arrested a 24-year-old-man who allegedly tried to climb a wall outside Buckingham Palace on Sunday night. He was arrested on suspicion of trespass and suspicion of possessing a controlled substance.
