TransCanada Corp.'s Keystone XL pipeline won approval Monday from regulators in Nebraska, marking the last major hurdle for the project.

Not nearly done. There are still all the lawsuits, and challenges to it's route by private ranchers and Indian reservations.

But, at least there is a decision.

Good to see. Be nice if they tightened up the construction standards on the US side of the line though, especially after last week's leak on the existing portion in North Dakota. Shit like that should not be happening, not on something that got commissioned in 2015. Enough of the braindead "haul ass and get 'er done" mentality on these projects, for fuck's sake.
