A Saskatchewan man who viciously beat a homeless woman before setting her on fire will not be declared a dangerous offender.

    The judge didn't think that the guy was dangerous to the general public. He's got issues, but the judge doesn't think those issues are enough to lock him up forever over.

    The judge is a fucking idiot and I'd hope that race had no bearing on his ruling but, I just can't help but think this is our two tiered justice system at work...................again and given how well the "intensive therapy" programs work for natives in prison I guess that being a homeless native woman in PA just became alot more dangerous than it was before this ruling.

    Both the perp and victim were natives. The perp should be institutionalized, as he's barely marginal.
