An anti-foreigner mob of about 1,000 people rampaged across South Africaï¿½s capital city on Friday, assaulting and looting, in the latest dangerous escalation of tensions over immigration here.

At least one person in the anti-foreigner march carried a placard supporting U.S. President Donald Trump. ï¿½Donald come and save us,ï¿½ the sign read.
