A Camrose man is ticked about his ticket � a $465 traffic violation issued by Edmonton police � for having a cracked driver's licence. Dave Balay admits he's guilty of having a small crack in his licence. But he doesn't think the penalty fits the crime. H

    As I've stated before I listen to the online cop scanner from Red Deer and when there is a complaint like this the first thing they tell the complainant is to stop following, so I find it a little odd the Edmonton dispatch would ask her to keep following. For me that's where she loses credibility with me.

    But that might be the difference between City Police and RCMP.
