Interesting, but I have no idea where they come from.

B.C.: 11.8 deaths per billion km driven
Quebec: 6.6
New Hampshire: 8.1
Arkansas 17
Saskatchewan: 14.7

You can't blame it on mountain roads either as
Saskatchewan is up there also at 14.7!

Oh hell, Sask doesn't suprise me. The stretch of 401 between Windsor and Chatham is just about the longest 45 minute stetch of highway anywhere, except any 45 minute stretch in the Prairies
