While I agree that the world would be better off with this kook embalmed I don't think it is really our business to do the embalming.
He has given up blowing up airliners, Scotland in releasing Meggre or what ever his name is (The Libyan Intelligence Chief) effectively say this was no big deal(That irritates me more than the Colonel does).
I'm tired of us playing the role of international policeman and we are friends with a lot of countries that aren't high on the list of democratic liberal governments.
He is perfectly happy to "educate" his own people without bother us. He didn't harbour Al Quida in his back yard for year like our friends the Pakistanis did and we are quite chummy with them (well not so much the past few days).
If his people want him out let them do it. It amuses me that that some of his people are demanding we do a hell of a lot more. If we did they would scream at the Imperialist Yankee go home. Well lets stay home in the first place and be PC.
Let that part of the world solve their own F problems for a change.
