Hey.... CTV.... nice image of an RCMP constable above the story, as if the guy pepper spraying was RCMP instead of it being the RCMP that caught the guy.

I doubt if the arresting officer was dressed like the one in the picture either. That pic makes no sense in the context of the story. If they want to involve the RCMP, just show sgt Pepper doing his thing.
