Why are these reports always so mealy mouthed? No, those companies took risks by accident, profit wasn't driving them to pollute.

Well at least we know that one of the three companies isn't giving out huge bonus' based on past performance.

BP's bonus system has all ways been based on safety performance, at least here in Canada it was. This isn't anything new.
