Combine the frigid cold weather with high technology advancement and it makes a country full of happy go lucky net junkies.

On the flip side the OECD countries with the warmest temperatures happen to have the lowest net penetration rate (Australia, Italy etc).

I would say they are getting to much internet and the lack of real social interaction is the cause of their high suicide rate. That and the fact there isn't the negative image regarding suicide in Korea as you have in post Christan societies.
