I pray they put it above the radar so the general public does hear about it. That way they know what there government is letting into there country so they can get pissed about it, give there government shit and hopefully with enough pressure our government will grow some balls for survival (they live off of non-angry voter votes) and actually do something about this bullshit and whatever bullshit policy is allowing this bullshit to happen.

i may be wrong here, but im pretty sure that the international guideline when it comes to seeking asylum states that refugees should seek the nearest safe country. there are plenty of places they can go, if they are truly in danger. to risk crossing the pacific makes it pretty clear why they come here
