Fine Lemmy, so what's so unusual about not giving a TAXPAYER paid public servant their pension when their actions are totally against what the organization is all about. We are talking about public money here.
No we are not talking about public money. That's the point you're clearly missing. That money ceased to be public the moment is was given to the employee as payment for services rendered. If you don't like the service rendered, then the employment can be terminated, but you don't get to take back the money. What you're suggesting is a violation of Labour Law, the Charter of Rights, the Rule of Law and common sense.
