I like the idea on its good and helpful intention. However with the state of health care is this the best way to divert money already lacking in other areas of it? Not to mention in Quebec where health care is already the worst in the country? My minds not made up on this one just yet.

Its Ok, they will just complain more to the federal government and take more money from Alberta

Good point. So basically another "benefit" the Quebec government can brag about having that will be inaccessible or broken before it even starts up.

I heard an interview of the Health minister yesterday and he said it.

I was thinking it was three as well but you're right its not in this article. The only other news I heard today was on CTV so maybe it was mentioned there.
