Nice to see Tiger return to golf. Surely, Augusta National must be overly excited. And the PGA commissioner too. :)

All eyes on Tiger Woods

Only very avid golf pros would be interested, they rest of us are nauseated by his personal life, to be fair he does edge out Senator John Edwards in the least disgusting category.

As a golf fan, it will surely be interesting to see what Tiger can do on the golf course in the Masters.

This said, I am picking Ernie Els to win the tournament though.

Tiger's Teacher
Tiger Woods kindergarten teacher held a news conference on Friday April 2, 2010 with her attorney, Gloria Allred, to respond to Tiger Woods' shocking quotes about what he has stated was a violent racial attack on him on his first day of school in kindergarten.
____

The Queen of Media Whoring is back, this time her side kick is Tiger Wood's kindergarten teacher..

Sorta surprised that Tiger is even playing this good, after all.

I'm not. He's still the best golfer in the world and with his massive ego I don't think getting caught makes one bit of difference to his golf game.

If all the problems of the past couple of months had really affected his phsyc, it would have shown up in his game, which it hasn't. That's why I don't think he's contrite at all.

Hell, watch him on TV giving interviews about how sorry he is and you can see that the couldn't care less about what's happened and he's only going through the motions so his sponsors and the golf fans will forgive poor poor little Tiger.

Perhaps you are correct on that point, although he appeared to be to sincere. But then, nothing better than having millions in advertising dollars at play for any athlete to say anything in order to convince the consumer. Always good also to be media friendly.

Aside from that, very impressive to see Couples and Watson do so good, at least in the opening rounds. They, along with lots of interesting golfers, are close to the leaderboard.

hello,
Tiger Woods will compete in the 2010 Masters tournament next month, returning to golf from his five-month hiatus.

If you want to see him play, you’ll be able to do so in a new way: Spam will stream live video of the Masters in addition to its traditional cable broadcast of the event, and both will be available in 3D.

You’ll need a 3D-enabled television or computer to experience it, but if you’ve got the hardware, tune on April 7 – 11 to see Tiger and the other golfers show off their skills. Spam plans to stream about two hours of live footage each day. While the 3D web stream will be powered by Spam, the official Masters website will host it.
thanks!!

Your right I love it. Someone my age competing and doing well with all the young guns.

While it's great I don't think they can sustain their game for all 72 holes and there are a couple of golfers who can crank it up a notch and win it all. Woods being one, Michelson being the other.

Like I said I still think Figgy is gonna win it all, especially since he's only two strokes off going into the weekend but damn Tiger's starting to scare me. 8O
