I'd take a wrecking ball to most of Scotland, and leave the palaces of whisky in peace. Whisky needs to be cared for. Sir John A. McDrunk would, I believe, agree.

God it is in Glasgow when the hell will I be there, maybe do a typical goverment thing take it apart brick by brick. Put it on the boat and bring it here , put it together some place and call it the Museum Of Sober Second Thought. O wait we have the senate .

Unfortunate, but it isn't his home from here or anything. Were he he started drinking isn't really of any wondrous historical significance.

I'm not a fan of knocking down old building to begin with. I still think they look better and add charm to a city when the old building is restored and utilized again.
