what a tool.
I am sure he doesn't mind the little bit in the passport that says thay should a Canadian abroad be in trouble and have no access to a Canadian government embassy, that they are to use British embassies and receive all the help required...
and, lest they forget, that we could all be Americans (who are not so high on the French language) were it not for the military of Great Britain along with the Canadian militias fighting off invasion from the South in the 1800's.

"Quebecers have nothing to do with the British monarchy," Bourgeois wrote in Le Quebecois newsletter, released Monday.

Oh really? So they have finally created their own currency without the Queen on it and have requested the Canadian military pull out of Quebec and have substituted their own forces?

Just a small group of people, who even the people of France can't stand, ruining it for others who don't see their viewpoint.

There is also the entire matter of the Quebec Act of 1774 that they seem to forget, wherby the British Crown helped ensure the survival of French culture on an Anglo continent.

Agreed.

Patrick Bourgeois and the RRQ are getting way too much attention in the Francophone media (Quebecor papers and TVA). Same goes for the Societe St-Jean-Baptiste and other similar organisations.

But people need to realize that these groups only represent a very small percentage of the province. Heck, even Patrick Bourgeois got into it with the Pauline Marois and the PQ, nothing new really since there is constant bickering at the PQ.

The RRQ and Bourgeois are only a very small group of people. Somethings like a few dozens. Their mentor was Pierre Falardeau and it's so unfortunate... he died some days ago !

The funny thing about this, eventhough they are few, they make a lot of noise. In the media and events.

Also, these sort of people/oganisations look at issues only one way. Either you are with them or against them. As for Federalists and even soft nationalist Quebecers, are considered traitors. The fact that media(s) here in the province even report any of their nonsense political views is a joke in itself. They should simply be ignored and perhaps these radicals would fade unto the sunset.

Who is that fumb fuck of a separatist to speak in the name of quebecers? Only fanatic separatists have such a hate for monarchy. They don't seem to understand that we are not defined by the langage we speak and are more than just "quebecers". Those separatists have so little that the only thing they see in themselves is being a quebecer, and they're so full of themselves that they think it's the same for everybody.

Anyway, why do we give so much importance to them, the quebec's shame?

Too bad the Quebec sovereignty vote didn't pass way back when and resolve this. The sooner the Quebecers are free to create for themselves a Soviet-style third-world nation the better.

We can hack this subject until dooms day.. the separatists love to run off at the mouth every holiday or memorial or in this case a Royal visit.. all the more reason the Royals should visit Québec. And if there are problems then those causing it should be arrested and dealt with appropriately.. Screw the separatist bastards! Vive le Québec! Vive le Canada!

The problem is that half of the province doesn't want to live in such an hellhole.
