we sent him on training so he could learn about "accountability"?? did he have no idea what this would cost us, and how it would look? and why are we sending people to be trained by americans, is it because they are great leaders?LOL!! just one more thing to piss me off about the RCMP top brass. or is that ass

Trust me, for $44K, I can teach anybody to be a "better" leader. I'll even throw in "better" singer too. (Hey Commish, don't sing and punch yourself in the throat at the same time, it'll sound better.)

My problem is though, how does anybody measure the benefit of these courses? Sending somebody on say, a blood-spatter CSI course, has a measurable benefit. Dude can now testify at murder trials regarding blood spatter. But these sorts of courses seem like "horseshit" and "wastes of money" because there's no measurable difference for the average Canadian on the street.

If he wants to make believe he's a better Boss, buy a Bruce Springsteen album and save Canadians $43,990.
