I'm sorry, but as someone with a background in Org Development and Behaviour this is way to much money for the effect it could possibly have the way its being done. Even the best trainer can't lecture and do group building stuff over three days and just send people off changed. IF whoever is doing this training told them 3 days and then they can do the rest on their own after that then I question these trainers legitimacy, that's crazy talk! You can't change culture and mindset over a long weekend. This is a start, and there are many in Canada who can do the training. But it involves a lot more after the training. Mentoring, supervision, follow up group meetings and feedback from a number of levels etc etc. These guys are likely all over 50 with maybe 20 - 30 years of ingrained habits and norms to get rid of. Then they have to filter the new attitudes, if they are instilled down the line, all before they retire, which I suspect at this stage in their careers will be soon.
For this price it could all be done in house and include younger middle managers (future execs) as well.
