He was the only one running and he still couldn't get 100% of the votes.

I wonder if Chretien has ever heard the expression "the pot calling the kettle black"? The Lib's have run on platforms built around the concept of favoring the east and panjdering to Quebec for votes for close to 20 years now. Christ look at the very last election and Dions carbon tax. Could you pick a more divisive issue to campaign on? And I hear that they're talking about re-introducing it in the next election.
