The Delta cop is going to be a crown witness? Good for him.
According to all the witnesses, he was as involved as the other two. I imagine it was a simple choice. Cooperate or be charged along with the other two. You can also bet he won't be a Delta cop (or anywhere else on the west coast) for long either.
