I don't use that bridge but many peole do and this is going to swamp the others. Just another example of how retarded and idealisticly stupid the GVRD traffic planners have been.

Don't think the Queensborough Bridge can handle that extra truck traffic. 22nd st skytrain stn. well the residents will have wall to wall buses

Oh, it's going to be a nightmare tomorrow morning on the first day of what will end up being months of re-routing for tens of thousands of commuters. I'm very glad to not be affected by this.
Long-range forecast is calling for possible snow next week too. Let's just hope that if snow happens it won't be like the pre-Christmas dump we had. With one less bridge in service it will be horrible.
