Let's consider if the vote happens again. What would happen?

1) The Harper Majority. Harper gets zero repercussions for his stupidity and runs the country like Putin runs Russia.

2) No change. Bloc still win Quebec and the Liberals/NDP have enough seats to keep Harper from a majority.

3) Harper loses, would be forced to step down and the CPC goes to the dark ages for years to come.

Since the Bloc has all but secured Quebec I see little change there even with a new vote. I can't see Harper coming off as blameless in this so we will end up with another muck flinging election at a time when the barbarians are at the economic gate. Sorry, he had his chance to run the country twice and blew it both times of his own accord he does not deserve a third mulligan. He needs to step down to save the CPC and the country.
