Oh, you better believe they have to pay. 1.5 months or 7.5 months is a bit of a difference.

What I do not understand though... WHY didn't his lawyer take this to court at day 46?

I'm having trouble with that too. You'd think he'd have access to some kind of legal council. Maybe somebody that knows what they're talking about could chime in...

He has a right to legal aid if his income are below a certain level (at least here in BC), won't cost him a thing.
Otherwise, you gotta pay between $200 and $500 an hour.
This should have been solved with one letter to the courthouse.

he is a crook, free meals, free bed , free everything. and now hes still a crook and trying to get more money from us so he can do nothing for the rest of his life.
