How does it work in Austria? You get 6 and you're out in 2? Something like that? I imagine he already has about 6 months time served.

So he gets his year and a half of jihadi prison conversion then heads right down to the welfare office, because I didn't read where they were going to send him back to Iraq when he got out.

But he does get out. He's walking down the street with a pocket full of Jizya and he runs into the victim kid who's now 11 years old.

Given how the Austrians are as self-loathing over World War Two as the Germans are I'm surprised they sentenced him to a term of more than six hours and didn't give him an apology over how their racism drove him to behave that way.

2) Is his sentence outside the norm that would have been given out to some other perpetrator?
3) Has he been given "special treatment " because he is Muslim or an immigrant?

Not answering the question! What is the normal punishment for such crimes? If it is 15 years than this sentence sucks. If it's normally 5 years than it does not. The question wasn't if YOU think it should be higher.

The man faced up to 15-years in prison under Austrian law - but was given a lower sentence apparently due to his young age, and previous good behaviour. The court also took into account the man's 'adverse living conditions' when deciding on the sentence.

The sentence can still be appealed with the man's defence lawyer Roland Kier asking for some time to consider the sentence.

My question wasn't: What is the maximum sentence for this crime? It was: What is the normal sentence for this crime?

If he recieved 5 years and most criminals convicted of this get 15, then there is a problem. If not, you may think Austria is too lenient but that is how it rolls there.

Couldn't find the average sentence in Germany Light for Muslim immigrants who rape male minors but, if he'd been white and a British Soldier convicted of raping a female minor he would have gotten at least 9 years.

For me personally the only real justice for these two would have been a bullet to the back of the head but, since that won't happen allow me to say the sentences are about 100 years to fucking short.
