ABC has some excerpts of the 23-page document the shooter faxed the network. He says his motive was revenge for the Charleston church terrorist attack and his treatment as a black gay man. He listed non-white mass-murders as inspirations.

People don't die instantly when they get shot in the torso. She suffered and probably managed to make it a few meters before the cocksucker caught up to her. In the video you can hear several more shots after the first volley and that's going to be the (words escape me) firing more shots at the poor girl to make sure she was dead.

I'm kinda torn now. On one hand I'm glad he's dead and no longer polluting the earth with his presence. But on the other it would have been good to see him face justice for this tragedy.
