Anyone who does the rent to own thing is a sucker for punishment. Protection for the consumer isn't the issue here. Basic math skills are.
The prices are set out in big black numbers for you. This much a month for this many months. Multiply. Look at the cash price. Voila. Pretty simple to see if you rent to own, you're going to be shafted.
If you can't afford to buy it, you can't afford it, period. Save those monthly payments and you'll have it purchased in less than half the time you'd have paid for it through those guys.
People have become completely stupid with financing.

I totally agree. These rent-to-own business pray on the less affluent members of society. Make x number of low payments and you can own this lovely piece of crap. Same as these so called title loans. Major rip-offs.
