It's from the website of the "Information and Analysis Center of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine", although the new maps say "Ministry of Defense of Ukraine". Notice the tank symbols are labelled "The locations of military units of the Russian Federation", with tank and rocket launch truck symbols in rebel held territory. So effectively they are labelled Russian.

Ukraine's deputy foreign minister says he is preparing for "full-scale war" against Russia and wants Canada to help by supplying lethal weapons and the training to use them.

Vadym Prystaiko, who until last fall was Ukraine's ambassador to Canada, says the world must not be afraid of joining Ukraine in the fight against a nuclear power.
