Crimea parade.
Wanted, to find something amateur on youtube, but can't. Still looking for. Seems like none had video camera there.

PostFactum PostFactum: So for today (We were expecting much worse, as today it is 9-th of May, but thanks to God and police everything is more-less):
1. In Lugansk oblast 2 cars were moving along the road, separatists wanted to stop them for check but they didn't stop, Russians opened fire. In one car there was a man, in the second one a woman with 10 years old girl. Man and woman are dead, kid was wounded and now is in Hospital.
2. SBU captured two guys who had to make some diversions on Ukrainian territory, they had instructions from Russian FSB.
3. In the morning, in Kyiv, separatists put in fire TV station cables, Ukrainian channels were offline half of the day. TV stations woks on reserve generator, firefighters extinguished fire.
4. Separatists occupied Police station in Mariupol, they were surrounded by Ukrainian forces, 20 separatists killed, 4 are captured. 1 Ukrainian soldier dead, 5 wounded.
5. In Mariupol, separatists were trying to capture military base (You can see that people on 9-th of May are going near this base, while celebrating victory day in my upper post).
6. In Konstyantinivka, the priest went to Separatists to speak, they killed him. Folks say that it were Chechenians.
7. In Harkiv and Dnipropetrovsk, by police were captured groups of armored separatists.
8. In Kyiv were found 2 cars full of weapons near places where people were celebrating 9-th of May. Owner of one is captured.
9. Russia promises to stop gas transfer to Ukraine because of last actions by Ukrainian government.
10. The ex head of Odesa police was found and captured, few hours ago he was transferred to Kyiv.
11. On East Ukraine people are making self defense groups against separatists.
12. In Donezk separatists captured weapons from prison guardians.
13. I Lugansk oblast separatists took weapons from border guardians.
14. Mariupol government main building is in fire, separatists are inside, fighting with Ukrainian forces which are outside.
15. Putin arrived to Crimea parade of 9-th of May, everywhere were posters with his face and flags with the name of his party, Russian flags too.
16. Russian gave 2 milliard $ to Belarussia. They'd better cut all that out, or the Russians will invade for sure.

The police HQ in Mariupol holds one of the largest armories in the city. Would this maybe have been a good place for the army to guard before the separatists seized it? This is like Iraq, where the way too small occupying US army could not prevent Iraqis from accessing the armories. Likely those arms were then used on US forces later on.

You have a very bad imagination about Ukraine police stations, usually in Ukrainian police station you can find 1-2 old Makarov pistols, and you are very lucky if you will find bullets for them, in addiction not sure if those pistols are working. This is not Canada or US, or Iraq. Only Ukrainian special forces have firearms.

ONe of my points to you - you are not the source of all information about Ukraine. And just as you say the Russians are putting out propaganda, so is your side. For instance the body count of separatists in Mariupol is claimed as 20 by the govt, but doctor on the ground says 3 people died, one of whom was a separatist. You have to realize that the news you are getting is also not the complete picture. AS I said, i'll take reports from reporters on the ground with no axe to grind.
You have access to google, you could seek out other sources of news as well.

During the armed conflict in Mariupol about 20 terrorists were killed , 4 captured . Also, according to Interior Minister Arsen Avakov , 5 Ukrainian security forces were wounded , one killed. He wrote on his page on Facebook.
"A group of about 60 terrorists armed with automatic weapons, was an attack on the police Gorotdel . Was an attempt to capture the building, without any prerequisites . Battle took place in the building . Has turned into a full-scale clash of battle , in fact approach reinforcements from outside BC and Division" Omega " Natshvardiyi . As a result of the fight, which involved units Natshvardiyi , BC, Interior Ministry Special Forces " Azov " , much of the group of terrorists has been destroyed ," - said Interior Minister Arsen Avakov on Facebook.
He said that about 20 terrorists were killed , 4 captured. Much of the attackers threw a gun and hid in the residential area of the city.

The Minister noted that the ATO units received reinforcements , which was upset with the other regions. According to him , the position in relation to terrorists with weapons will be the same - "fire in defeat ."

Recall , May 9, in Mariupol again intensified separatists began shooting.

Jabberwalker Jabberwalker: By the looks of those old battle wagons steaming by, the picture probably pre-dates electronics. At least theirs are in the water, not in drydock while we cry over rust, engine fires, collisions, everything you can imagine.
