That's pretty awful all right, but those of us who don't rely on the CBC know both sides have perpetrated some pretty horrendous atrocities. Any war crimes trials need to be pretty crowded with perps from both sides.
Think the CBC will ever tell us about the almost genocidal attacks on Christians, or the mass beheadings, or the cannibalism, or the crimes of the murderous, sharia, kangaroo courts etc. perpetrated by their heroes of the glorious revolution on the other side?

Heavy emphasis on the aforementioned nope. The thing is that I feel no obligation whatsoever to have Canada engage in military action on the behalf of Middle Eastern Christians. Nor on the behalf of Israeli Jews. Not our problems and, after the 150+ dead in Afghanistan who were lost for no lasting benefit at all, I sincerely hope we never get talked into intervening ever again by that gaggle of interventionist neo-con scum in Washington DC.

Syria has become just way too messed up, nobody knows who is who or who is fighting, who is right who is wrong. Picking a side right now is akin to shooting into the dark and hoping you hit something worthwhile.
I think it best just to help the refugees who have made it out but keeping an eye out that no shitty folk are among them.
I had a few Syrian friends, they never spoke of any crappy situation in Syria, in fact quite proud of their country and made regular visits back home, so I was bit surprised with this Syrian spring thing, makes me wonder if foreign players instigated this whole thing.

I rely on the CBC, and they told me that both sides have perpetrated horrors - we all heard about the heart cutting out incident. So just you slinging your usual bullshit.

The one that really needs to get out there and the legacy media is sitting on their hands over, rather than doing their job and getting the news out there is the story of the mass rapes, kidnapping and killings of Christians - not just in Syria, but Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan and rather than offend, let's just say etc.

We know about the Christians, and that's reported in the liberal media too. So what do you want to do, go on a crusade? People of all religions are being killed. What's special about Christians? In Myanmar, Buddhists are killing Muslims. Why aren't you fretting about that? During the troubles we had Christians killing Christians, did you worry about that at the time? Or how about this - I don't recall our media telling us about it: $1: Central African Republic: Christian Vigilantes Disembowel Pregnant Muslim and Kill 10 Children http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/vigilante-chri ... man-527452
