If you meant it discriminates against motorcycles - yes it does. As somebody posted here, they plan to include all vehicles in future. Gotta say it't the open pipes crowd that I really notice.

meh.
Too many non open pipe diesels, and coffee can ricers out there for me to notice the open pipe crowd.
I dont see how we can have a standard for noise that excludes them now or ever. It's my ears that we are concerned about, isn't it? and my ears cant tell the difference between 120decibels legal, and 120decibels illegal.
