Heard on the news driving in 350+ dead and authorities are investigating the possibility of a second wave of bombings that have already been planned.

75 now.

Oh, here is the answer, just close the churches. But only the churches.

Problem solved.

Sri Lanka orders ALL Catholic churches to suspend services in the wake of Easter bombings

Sri Lanka's Catholic churches suspended all public services over security fears
It comes as several suspects remain unaccounted for over the Easter attacks
Private services for burials will still be carried out, but no public masses

I love how the media is like "White extremism is on the rise". No shit it's on the rise, we're institutionalizing a war on Caucasians and western culture. How they expect people to react?

It's this kind of malign that lead to Hitler's (fuck you, Goodwin) rise in the 1930's.

I would expect them to react badly. Which fuels white extremism, and the wheel goes round.

Shit probably wouldn't be this bad if we treated events like this the same. When we lose our minds for one act of terror, but not another... it tends to send the message (rightly or wrongly) that one group is more important than the other and generally leads to the feeling of marginalization; which leads to general stupidity.

The same thing happens when we paint one group with the responsibility for one event by one of their group. We don't blame all white people for the Toronto van attack, or Christchurch massacre, and in the same respect not all Muslims are responsible for the Sri Lanka attacks.

But you'd never guess that from some comments in this and the Notre Dame threads.

I would say, given the absolute carnage that Whitey has wreaked upon the Earth,
the wheel has not even begun to turn. Not even a twitch.

Agreed. White supremacy is fueled by the backlash from what is coming around from the treatment of others.

Good thing I don't suffer from White guilt that some groups try to leverage. ;)

And . . is it still snowing where you live? Time to change that Avatar dude.

This is very fishy attack....Many say this cannot done by any radical group...there are some trouble makers in lanka but not that capable to pull this off....

This is one sophisticated military style attack... any enemy of Sri Lanka involved?

What???? No sophistication at all, suicide bombings are crude at the best.

Multiple targets, powerful explosions involving powerful and compact explosives (Semtex is my guess), and then significant coordination involving probably hundreds of people from the killers themselves to their logistics chain. And then the preparations and etc. were kept secret with extreme communications discipline.

That's actually a hell of a lot of sophistication and it reeks of military planning.

It's also incorrect to call them 'suicides'. Suicide can be done in private with a sharp edge.

They are 'homicides'.

BRAH BRAH:
Some folks have selective memory.

You mean her next sentence where she said that a lot of innocent people are losing their rights because of that act?

Selective indeed.

Omar is an Anti-American, Anti-Semitic <censored>! She knows what exactly she meant and in the Democratic Party of AOC her views are embraced.
