Don't insult my intelligence with a shitty attempt at lecturing me. Everyone has an idea of what the world should be like, and if you didn't I doubt you would be here militating to ruin this country with your right-wing bullshit.

And while I know the CPC will win the election, I'm still confident they won't have a majority. But in any case, I'm not so sure what partisan politics have to do with this. Unless you mean to say that the CPC is anti-homosexual altogether (something they would never admit to being).

What a crock all this is.
"Activists" from any social cause have no need to be lecturing in schools.
I don't care whether they are from the gay community, Amnesty International,
anti-poverty coalition, or Suzuki's kill-the-beer-frig brigade.
Stay the HELL out of our schools. Try to teach today's vapid little buggers
something useful. Grammar would help, and some basic math and science.
Learn the social shit elsewhere, same as you can learn religious stuff
elsewhwere. Where ? Not my tax paying ass's PROBLEM !
The kids can Google whatever they need, or Facebook their vacuous brains out
or text until their thumbs hurt, but I don't need to pay for
schoolroom partisan activism.
Schools have policies to supposedly deal with homophobia. Some, like our
local high school have an annual "anti-homophopia" week. What does it do ?
Not much. intolerant kids stay intolerant. Most aren't.
My grown-up kids know about gay people. Do they hate them ? NO.
I know many gay people of both genders, this is a small town...we all
do the same sports, go to the same functions. Do I hate them ? Hell, no.
What for ? Do they need a school spokesman to 'further their cause'? Hell, no.

Gay people are generally not crazoid 'activists'...the majority do not
climb on floats and simulate sex acts in front of children at "Pride" events.
Only the total asshole gays do that...the kind that are 'activists'.
